I provide a warm, compassionate, and culturally sensitive space where you can feel truly heard and understood. My work is grounded in a systemic perspective, considering the relationships, experiences, and patterns that shape each person’s life. I support couples in improving communication, navigating conflicts, and deepening emotional intimacy using Emotion-Focused Couples Therapy and the Gottman Method. I also support children, adolescents, and adults in processing trauma, building emotion regulation skills, and enhancing resilience through integrative, evidence-based approaches, including Narrative Therapy, Intergenerational Family Therapy, CBT, Psychodynamic Therapy, and somatic-informed techniques.
