Amy Lin

I believe that every person has the natural ability to grow, heal, and create. My passion is helping individuals and families navigate life’s challenges while discovering their strengths and resilience. I see people as connected through shared human experiences, while also celebrating the unique qualities that make each of us who we are. Life is rarely black and white, and I approach therapy with openness to the many factors that shape your story.  Because life is complex, change often brings us into new and unfamiliar territory, which can feel overwhelming or scary. My role is to provide a safe, supportive space where you can face these challenges with compassion and courage. I draw from body-based and strengths-based approaches, tailoring each session to your individual needs. I believe we are all lifelong learners, and I am committed to walking alongside you with warmth, empathy, and respect throughout your healing journey.
