As a counselor, I am deeply passionate about supporting children and teens as they navigate the challenges of life. I believe that a safe, trusting therapeutic relationship serves as a powerful catalyst for healing, growth, and lasting change. By entering the world of a child or teen with curiosity and empathy, I aim to help them make sense of their experiences, build resilience, and discover their strengths. My approach is strengths-based and developmentally informed, tailored to meet each individual where they are. I utilize age-appropriate and expressive modalities that support emotional expression, communication, and problem-solving in a way that feels safe and accessible.  I also value the importance of collaboration with parents and caregivers, working as a team to address parenting concerns and strengthen the parent-child connection. My goal is to create a warm, compassionate, and supportive space where both children and families can thrive.
