Tevin Cobalt

I am here to support you as together we work through self-discovery, healing, and growth. I provide a space where you can speak openly, be heard, and be met without judgment.

As a Black male therapist, I understand the value of strong connections, trust, and showing up fully—both in life and in the work we do together. Outside my professional role, I compete in flag football at the national level, which keeps me grounded in discipline, teamwork, and accountability.

In our sessions, I use culturally responsive, strength-based, and practical approaches that respect who you are and where you come from. My goal is to help you build on your strengths, gain clarity, and take meaningful steps forward, even when things feel complicated.

With years of experience in community behavioral health and leadership, I take a focused, individualized approach to each session. I’ve worked extensively with clients facing mental health challenges, trauma, addiction, identity development, and relationship issues.

At the end of the day, I’m committed to helping you put in the work, stay grounded, and move toward a healthier, stronger version of yourself.
