I strive to create warmth and compassion to establish an environment of safety where my clients feel supported and heard. I am deeply passionate about working with couples and families to promote attunement, secure attachment, and understanding that creates lasting change outside of therapy. I operate from a strengths-based, client-centered, and cognitive-behavioral lens to help gain insight into unwanted patterns and make small changes that can lead to larger changes over time. I utilize expressive arts and play therapy tailored to my clients’ developmental needs in hopes of providing accessible care to everyone involved.
